The manual publishes materials from the Russian language Olympiad for high school students, held in 2001–2008 at the Faculty of Philology of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Materials that include Olympiad tasks and their analysis (answers and comments from the authors to the answers of Olympiad participants) have significant learning potential. All tasks do not involve the presentation of rules or retelling of the textbook, but reasoning and analysis of linguistic facts. For high school students of gymnasiums, lyceums, schools with in-depth study of humanities subjects and Russian language teachers.
