"Bulletin of Moscow University. Series 27. Globalistics and geopolitics" is a scientific magazine with a frequency of output 4 times a year.

The materials published in it are devoted to the problems of globalistics, geopolitics, global history. The magazine is focused on the publication of articles that are the results of an independent study, organized and conducted in the framework of a scientific approach. The authors are leading Russian and foreign scientists and researchers, as well as young scientists.

Peer review
  1. The journal reviews all incoming materials that correspond to it`s subject matter, with the purpose of their expert evaluation.
  2. The review of the article is made in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of publications in a scientific periodical journal "Bulletin of Moscow University. Series 27. Globalistics and geopolitics. "
  3. Materials of the authors are published only after receiving a positive review of the article.
  4. The double-blind review is used as the main way of reviewing (the author does not know the reviewer, the reviewer does not know the author).
  5. The number of reviewers working with one material (article) is unlimited. As a rule, two experts are involved in the examination.
  6. All candidates and PhDs of the Faculty of Global Processes of Lomonosov Moscow State University journal  can act as reviewers, as well as employees of other educational institutions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries who have sufficient qualifications in the relevant scientific field, who received a scientific degree and have authority in the scientific community (including members of the editorial board of the "Bulletin of the Moscow University, Series 27. Globalistics and Geopolitics"). All reviewers are recognized experts in the subject matter of peer-reviewed materials and have had publications on the subject of the article under review during the last 3 years.
  7. The editorial office of the journal (editor-in-chief, first deputy editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, executive secretary) and the editorial board belong to the editorial board.
  8. Upon the decision of the editorial board or the editorial board, the manuscript is accepted, rejected or returned to the author for revision. The authors are obliged to take into account the comments of the reviewer and correct the article accordingly. At the request of the reviewer, the author can obtain his contact information to optimize the work on the corrections.
  9. In the presence of negative reviews of the manuscript from two different reviewers or one negative review of its revised version, the article is rejected without consideration by other reviewers (including members of the editorial board).
  10. In case of rejection of the article, the editorial team sends the author a reasoned refusal with the application of the review.
  11. The reviews are kept in the publishing house and in the editorial office for 5 years, copies of them are available on request to the authors of the manuscripts. The editorial office of the publication undertakes to send copies of the reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of the corresponding request to the editorial office.
  12. The maximum period for reviewing between the dates of receipt (version) of the manuscript in the editorial office and the issuance of the decision by the editorial board or the editorial board is 2 months.
