Mathematics for students of the natural sciences departments of Moscow State University

The textbook "Mathematics for Students of the Natural Sciences at Moscow State University" is based on a lecture course on higher mathematics that has been taught for several years to first-year students of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine and the Faculty of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The textbook consists of two parts and an appendix. The "Linear Algebra" section examines matrices, determinants, systems of linear equations, as well as linear spaces, linear operators, bilinear and quadratic forms.

The "Mathematical Analysis" section covers the following topics: limits of sequences and functions, differential and integral calculus of functions of one variable, numerical and functional series. The appendix provides examples of the application of mathematical analysis methods in probability theory.
