Rats of the Krushinsky-Molodkina line: an experimental model of pathological conditions: a textbook

This textbook is designed to introduce students to the possibilities for experimentally studying the genesis and phenomenology of pathological conditions offered by the physiological characteristics of the Krushinsky-Molodkina rat strain. This strain, created through many years of selection, is currently maintained through controlled inbreeding and offers a unique opportunity to study a number of specific model pathologies, in particular audiogenic epilepsy and audiogenic catalepsy.

This textbook will be useful for accompanying classes taught as part of the "Extensive Workshop on Higher Nervous Activity and Neurophysiology" course at the Faculty of Biology at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
